PRICING:

All prices begin with minimum charges and cover our basic features. Prices above the minimum, or that seem to vary depend on the following:

Time involvement and degree of difficulty of the service.
The amount of products needed for the service.

SERVICE GUARANTEE:

We guarantee satisfaction. If we do not please you, we want to know about it. Our chemical services are guaranteed only when you use professional products that your stylist recommends.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Life can get busy sometimes; we understand! We appreciate as much notice as possible of appointment changes—at least 24 hours is greatly appreciated! This allows us to have time to fill out our cancellation list, which you've probably been on at one time or another! You could be doing a friend a favor!

CHILDREN:

The Tangles Staff (and other clients) wish to thank all the parents of our youngest clients for their watchful eye over their children. We do not provide children's hair-cutting services.
